The problem
You tried AI. It sounded nothing like you.
You asked it for a Facebook post and got something your customers would scroll right past. So you closed the tab and went back to doing it all yourself: answering every lead, writing every post, remembering every follow-up.
Here's why that happened: nobody taught it your business.
At this workshop, we'll build an AI “business base” live, with the room calling out the answers. Then we'll run the same request again, and you'll see the difference for yourself.
The morning
How the morning works
Network
Grab a coffee and meet other local business owners. (Bring business cards.)
Learn
Why AI gives you generic answers, and what to give it instead.
Build
We build one real business's AI base together, live. Then you fill out your own.
Done
You head out with your base drafted and ready to use.
What you'll walk away with
You'll leave with the homework already done.
- 1
Your Business Base, filled out before you leave. AI writes like you from the first try, so you stop rewriting everything it gives you.
- 2
Your Growth System Scorecard. See exactly where your week is going, so you know what to hand off first.
- 3
A ready-to-use prompt pack for posts, review replies, and follow-ups. The jobs you keep putting off take minutes, which means your evenings come back.
- 4
A room full of local business owners. You might leave with a new referral partner before lunch.
Who this is for
This is for you if...
- You run a small business and you're still the one answering every lead
- You've tried AI and weren't impressed
- You want more local customers to find you
- You can send a text (that's the only tech skill you need)

FAQ
Questions
Do I need to be techy?
No. If you can send a text, you can follow along.
What AI tool do we use?
Claude. You don't need an account before the workshop.
Will I build it on my laptop during the session?
No. You'll fill out your base on paper while we build one on screen, then add yours to AI afterward. A laptop is helpful but optional.
Is this a sales pitch?
It's a full hour of training. At the end, we'll share how to keep going with us if you want to. No pressure either way.
What if I can't make it?
Refunds aren't available, but your seat becomes a credit toward a future workshop.
Is coffee or food included?
Not included, but Red Horn's coffee and menu are right there.
One morning. An AI that finally sounds like you.
